Patricia Taylor Todd, Esq. brings over two decades of experience in labor and employment law, administrative hearings, and conflict resolution. As a neutral, she is known for her fairness, clarity, and ability to foster productive dialogue even in the most challenging disputes.
Patricia has served in key leadership roles across New Jersey state government, including as Chief Executive Director of Diversity, Regulatory and Legal Affairs at the Civil Service Commission and Director of Employee Relations and Development at the Department of the Treasury. She also spent 20 years with the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), where she mediated and adjudicated hundreds of public sector labor disputes, earning a reputation as a trusted, neutral problem-solver.
